Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password for Starblack Media Academy, follow these simple steps to reset it:

1. Navigate to the Login Page: Go to our website and click on the "Login" button.

3. Enter Your Email Address: You will be taken to a "Forgot Your Password?" page. Enter the email address associated with your Starblack Media Academy account in the provided field.
4. Send Reset Link: Click the "Send Reset Link" button.
5. Check Your Email:
* If an account exists for the email address you provided, we will send a password reset link to that email.
* Please check your inbox. Also, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes these emails can be filtered there.
6. Follow the Link: Open the email and click on the password reset link provided. This link is time-sensitive for security reasons.
7. Create a New Password: The link will take you to a secure page where you can enter and confirm your new password. Choose a strong, unique password that you haven't used elsewhere.
8. Login with New Password: Once you've successfully set your new password, you can return to the login page and sign in with your email and your new password.
