Viewing Your Invoices and Payment History
Keeping track of your payments and subscriptions is important. Here's how you can access this information:
Accessing Payment History:
* Log in to your Starblack Media Academy account.
* Navigate to your Student Dashboard.
* Go to Settings > Billing & Subscriptions.
* Here you will find a "Payment History" section listing your successful transactions.
* This section will show the date, course/item, amount, and status for each payment.
How Payments are Handled:
* When you purchase an Intro Course or subscribe to a Full Track, you are redirected to Paystack, our secure payment processor.
* Paystack handles all sensitive payment information. Starblack Media Academy does not store your full card details.
* After a successful payment, Paystack sends a confirmation, and our system updates your enrollment/subscription status and records the transaction.
For Specific Invoice Requests:
* Detailed invoices for specific payments are typically sent to your registered email address by Paystack after a successful transaction.
* If you need a copy of an invoice and cannot find it, please contact our support team via the "Contact Us" page. Provide your account email and the reference number of the transaction if possible.
We are working on enhancing our billing section to provide you with even more detailed transaction management directly from your dashboard.
